The Uttarakhand Open Lawn Tennis Tournament was organized by Uttarakhand Sports Foundation from the 23rd December to 26th December, 2019 at St. Joseph’s Tennis Academy, 12 Rajpur Road, Dehrdun. Students from all over Uttarakhand participated in the Tournament under various categories.
The Categories were as follows:
For Boys – Under 8, Under - 10, Under - 12, Under - 14, Under - 16 and Under - 18.
For Girls – Under 14 and Above – 14.
The Doubles matches were also conducted for the Under – 18 Boys Category.
The Chief Guest for the Closing Ceremony was Shri. S.N. Verma (Managing Director), Uttarakhand Jal Vidyut Nigam Limited (UJVN Ltd.) who distributed the Cash Prize, Trophies and Certificates to the Prize Winners.

BOYS CATEGORY:
UNDER – 8 SINGLES:
Advitya Sharma defeated Shine Kapoor by 7-4.
UNDER – 10 SINGLES:
Varnansh Agarwal defeated Arjun Singh by 7-4.
UNDER – 12 SINGLES:
Sachin Kumar defeated Yuvraj Singh Chaudhary by 7-2.
UNDER – 14 SINGLES:
Sachin Kumar defeated Riyan Dutta by 7-6 (7-5).
UNDER – 16 SINGLES:
Devansh Verma defeated Avyukt Kochhar by 7-3.
UNDER – 18 SINGLES:
Devansh Verma defeated Ayush Behl by 7-2.
GIRLS CATEGORY:
UNDER – 14 SINGLES:
Katyani Rawat defeated Sirjan Kohli by 7-4.
ABOVE – 14 SINGLES:
Sirjan Kohli defeated Katyani Rawat by 7-4.
UNDER – 18 BOYS DOUBLES CATEGORY:
Devansh Verma and Riyan Dutta defeated Anirudh Bhatia and Ayush Behl by 7-4.
