Follow this five-day workout split to kickstart your fitness journey as a beginner.

The ultimate five-day workout split is not just a plan; it’s your pathway to transformation. With a bit of dedication, it becomes your ticket to shedding fat and building muscle.

Things You Should Always Do Before And During Training
1. Have a Warm-Up Routine.
2. Time Your Rest Between Sets.
3. Hydration Is KEY

Monday: Chest and Triceps
Complete three to four sets of each exercise:
1. Chest press X 8
2. Triceps pushdown X 10
3. Chest flys X 12
4. Skull crushers X 12
5. Push-ups to failure

Tuesday: Back and Biceps
On Tuesday, target your back and bicep muscles.
Complete three to four sets of each exercise:
1. Standing Rows X 10
2. High Side Pulldowns X 10 (each side)
3. Standing Pullover X 10
4. Lateral Raise X 10 (each side)
5. Standing Row to Bicep Curl X 12

Wednesday: Shoulders
Complete three to four sets of each exercise:
1. Shoulder press X 10
2. Underhand flys X 12
3. Reverse flys X 12

Thursday: Legs
Thursday — everyone’s favorite day of the week: leg day!
Complete three to four sets of each exercise:
1. Lunges X 10 (each side)
2. Seated Calf Raise X 12 (per leg)
3. Lying alternating leg curls X 12 (per leg)
4. Squats X 12

Friday: Core and Cardio
We recommended at least 30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio before or after working your core.

Complete three to four sets of each exercise:
1. 30 minutes of cardio (running, biking, jumping rope, or aerobics)
2. Crunches X 15
3. Mountain climbers X 12
4. Side Knee Drops x12
5. Bicycle crunches x12
6. Glute bridges X 12
