Do Not Eat and Go to Sleep immediately.

Eat your dinner and give your body 2 hours of waking (sitting, standing or moving time) time. The more further your food is in your system, the better for your digestion. Typical routine should be is to finish dinner by 8:30 PM and go to bed by 10:30 PM.

Fitness is a combination of diet, sleep and exercise. All three have to be in the right proportion else the short term results will be lost fast.
