Is This Arsenal Attack Finally Title-Winning Material After 22 Years?
As Arsenal enter the 2025/26 season with their eyes firmly set on ending a 22 year Premier League title drought, fans and pundits alike are turning their attention to a potentially explosive front line. With Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, Viktor Gyรถkeres, and Gabriel Martinelli and Noni Madueke leading the charge and the likes of Gabriel Jesus, Reiss Nelson, and Leandro Trossard providing depth.
Mikel Arteta has a rich blend of flair, pace, and versatility at his disposal.
Here are some of the positives to look for
Depth and Variety: This is arguably the most well-rounded forward unit Arsenal have had in over a decade. Whether itโs the relentless directness of Saka and Martinelli, the intelligence of Havertz, or the physical presence of Gyรถkeres, thereโs a weapon for every scenario.
Flexibility: Many of these players are comfortable in multiple roles. Trossard,Martinelli, Havertz, and Jesus can all operate across the front line, giving Arteta tactical flexibility for different match situations.
Experience + Youth: There's a strong balance of experienced internationals and young stars entering their prime, which could be vital during the long title race.
I still think we need to sign a LW who can elevate our squad to the next level.
