About the Role: We're looking for a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to be the first point of contact for our members and visitors. You'll play a crucial role in creating a positive and efficient environment, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Warmly greet and assist members and visitors, addressing inquiries in person, by phone.
Manage member accounts, including registrations, renewals, and payment processing.
Schedule appointments for personal training sessions and other services.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Handle member feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless gym operations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a customer service or front office role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and membership management software(excel )
A positive and energetic attitude with a genuine passion for fitness and helping others.
