Wall Handstand Push Ups; a compound movement for your entire upper body.

Major muscle groups being used when performing a wall handstand push up -

1. Shoulders
2. Triceps
3. Chest
4. Serratus anterior
5. Trapezius

We strongly encourage you to master the proper form first before doing the handstand push up. Make sure to build up on your strength to be able to support yourself. Keep your body alignment straight. Your spine must be in a neutral position.

This exercise can be used to increase overall pulling strength, develop stronger trapezius and back muscles, strengthen the posterior chain, and enhance grip strength. In addition, it can be used to increase lock out strength for lifters who have issues above the knee.
