👉Practice mindfulness: Being present in the moment and paying attention to your thoughts and feelings can help you identify when cravings are arising and find ways to manage them.

👉Find healthy substitutes: Instead of reaching for empty-calorie foods, try to find healthier alternatives that can satisfy your cravings. For example, if you crave chocolate, try stevia based dark chocolate or a chocolate protein shake.

👉Manage stress: stress increases cortisol level, to manage stress involve yourself in different activities such as exercise, reading, yoga meditation and spending time with friends can help to reduce cravings.

👉Get enough sleep: Lack of sleep can increase cravings, so make sure you're getting enough rest.

👉Stay hydrated: Sometimes thirst can be mistaken for hunger, so make sure you're drinking enough water throughout the day to stay hydrated.

👉Practice self-compassion: Be kind to yourself and remember that it's normal to have cravings. Instead of beating yourself up for giving in to them, try to reframe your thoughts and focus on making healthier choices in the future.
