Gives us legs of steel. The earth sends a little extra love to those on bicycles. And if any damage occurs to the bicycle, we can carry it home unlike motor vehicle.

World Bicycle Day 2020





World Bicycle Day 2020 was celebrated in a small manner by Alleppey Bikers Club. It was led by the founding president and Bicycle Mayor Alappuzha Shri Faisal Ebrahim. Law and Order DySP Shri Jayaraj inaugurated and flagged off the ride. Under ABC Wings of Freedom program, a cycle was gifted to a girl child. The event culminated with an oath taking ceremony at Alleppey Beach.

Reporting Time : 4:00 PM
EMS STADIUM

Flag Off : 4: 30 PM

Road show through Alleppey Town emphasising the importance of Cycle in Urban Setup. Also special emphasis on 50/30 concept.

Ride ends at Alleppey Beach.

Oath taking ceremony led by Faisal Ebrahim, Bicycle Mayor Alappuzha.

Ride ends by 6:00 PM .

Please make sure;

- to wear club jersey/ T shirt.
- to use face mask.
- to maintain social distancing.
- to carry a pocket sanitiser.
