Can’t meditate more than 5 minutes without your back hurting or legs going numb?

This is the #1 problem I see with new meditation students.

You DON’T have to sit cross-legged on the floor to meditate effectively.

Here are 3 posture fixes that work for any body:

1⃣ SIT IN A CHAIR
Keep both feet flat on the floor, spine upright. Perfect if your legs go numb easily.

2⃣ USE A CUSHION
Sit on a pillow so your hips are slightly higher than your knees. This takes pressure off your lower back.

3⃣ WALL SUPPORT
Sit with your back straight against a wall. Great for beginners building strength.
