If Gautam Gambhir will be batting for Calcutta’s pride on the Chepauk pitch this Sunday, Biswarup Dey will be padding up for Eden’s honour off it. The joint secretary of the Cricket Association of Bengal is already in Chennai to watch the last of the IPL 5 playoffs on Friday, cheer for the Kolkata Knight Riders on Sunday and pitch for the Eden Gardens as one of the hosts of the October Champions League T20 on Monday.
