Clean & Jerk - Most of you probably think this movement sculpts just your upper body, but it’s actually a fantastic total body workout. A quick set of cleans and jerks can get your heart rate up while simultaneously building a tough core. It takes some time to get the form right, but once you do, it’s a great exercise to build on!
