Grab your dumbbells and a plate, and let’s get to work:

1) Squat to Arnold Press: (45 sec work / 15 sec rest) – Keep your form tight. Push your hips back into a deep squat and explode up, matching your upward speed with a smooth press.

2) Backward Lunge with Bicep Curl: – Step back cleanly into a deep lunge, find your balance, and hit a strict bicep curl as you come forward.

3) Dumbbell Snatches: (45 sec work / 15 sec rest) – Keep your arm straight and drive the weight up with pure momentum and power.

4) Halo Press: – The ultimate 3D shoulder builder. This single variation hits your rear, anterior, and lateral deltoids while engaging your chest.

5) Burpees: (4 sets of 10 reps) – The ultimate finisher. Jump back, chest to the floor, and explode up.
