This seems to be one of the most effective pose to eradicate your lower back pain. This great person here came to me two years ago when he wasn't able to bend down and touch his knees, due to his back pain. Now he can play 4-5 games of badminton continuously and moreover is extremely flexible. Hats off to his persistence and dedication.
