This Navamalai trip was honestly one of my favorites. During this hot summer in Chennai, visiting Navamalai felt amazing.

And the water there wasn’t just normal — it had that chill, refreshing vibe which really helped me. Especially because I had just finished a workout before heading there, it gave me proper recovery.

Not just physically, even mentally I felt refreshed.
