The SDAT-AKG Table Tennis Development Centre situated in a sprawling 12,000 sq.ft hall at Periamet Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, the SDAT-AKG is spear headed by A. Muralidhar Rao, popularly known as the Rao Brothers, who started coaching way back in the early 80's with a couple of tables, dim lights and inconspicuous locations .
