Our team will welcome all members with a fitness test and specific program tailored to suit everyone's individual needs. weight loss, fat burning, increase fitness, muscle tone, body build etc. All members will be monito

red and programs reviewed. We will run various group classes including
- Spinning
- Kettle bells
- Suspension training (TRX)
- Boot camps
- Circuit Training
- Box fit
- Boxing
we will also offer Personal training or a buddy system(2 people at a time), Nutritional advice.
