Little awareness in all the moments is all that we need. The moments that goes your way or against you.
Awareness to understand what triggered that moment is crucial. If it's a happy moment, keep repeating the trigger.
But if it is not a happy moment, understand what/who the trigger is and work on it. Sometimes you could be the trigger too. That's okay. We are all human!

Work on the triggers of the problem, NOT the problem!❤

The moment you start writing, it might be from your mind, after a while you will start writing from your heart and you will notice a shift in your energy. You would either feel light, relaxed or excited. Over the period, you will gain control and get clear on what you want to do next!
