I got left knee injured due to bike accident while returning from practice session. Though there was no open wound, I felt that my ACL and Meniscus are gone. But there was many impressions listed in a Scan report, which show this injury is more intense than a last incident.
Already had ACL reconstruction on my Right Knee on 2018 which got injured in a sparring session. But this time felt unbearable pain post-surgery, so started my rehab is very slow phase by understanding my pain senses. 5 rehab exercises which I significantly concentrated more in 1st week after surgery,
• Plantar Flexion and Dorsiflexion
• Knee Extension (Key task – Always keep foot elevated)
• Quad Contraction
• Knee Flexion (Key task – should pass atleast 45* flexion)
• Leg Extension (As I felt painful, I have start only on 3rd day)
• Walking with a support of walker
I have did this between every 3 hours atleast, for a week.
