From Small Beginnings to Bold Dreams ✨

I recently met my mentee Sathish Kumar, a man who was born into a humble family of school teachers. Most people around him wanted safe government jobs. But Sathish wanted more.

He entered the pharmacy business from the ground up, starting as an employee and educating himself on every aspect of the trade.

Soon, he opened his own pharmacy with a small initial investment and the courage to stand tall against steep competition.

He made mistakes. He lost money. He faced fierce competition. He had to change his plans many times. Still, he never quit.

Over time, he learned new ways to run his business. He re-educated himself, tried new ideas and worked smarter. He studied what worked and fixed what did not.

Today, with another Sukham Pharmacy Outlet opened in Mogappair East, Chennai he plans to have a chain of 50 Franchised Sukham Pharmacies 🩺by 2030. 🚀

Sathish is not just building a business for profit. He wants to help people stay healthy 💕. By improving his pharmacy services, he makes it easier for the community to get the care and medicines they need.
