RUN for Coffee Recreational Running Team focus on General Fitness and Well being. Train 3 days a week mostly at Anna University Ground.

Our work routine includes Running Drills, Hill Running, Core & Strength Training, HIIT, Yoga, Tai Chi, Ladder and Agility workouts.
