Here’s what I ACTUALLY think about strength training for women.
💪🏾It is the ONLY way to live a quality life for as long as you live in this world!
💪🏾Lifting weights prepares you for the later phases in your life- by adding quality to your muscle mass, safety to your daily activities, health to your bones and joints, and finally, makes you mentally and physically strong.
💪🏾 Whatever age you’re in, as a woman, there’s always a next phase. So, start lifting weights as early as you can.
💪🏾 Spaces like create a safe environment for women to workout in and build strong communities that help them grow further. Women supporting fellow women is the best motivation you can ask for.
💪🏾Also, there are many experienced and certified female coaches like me, who have transformed their bodies (and therefore their lives) and are ready to help you discovering your REAL strength.
💪🏾As a woman, you’re already strong. All you need to do is work on getting stronger to live healthier and happier.
Strength is for all. Strength for women is mandatory.
