A WINNERS mindset, is one of the greatest learnings which horse riding can teach us for life!
I often hear:
'I am not good at it'
'My horse doesn't listen'
'I don't have time'
'I am scared'
'I can't do it'
'My horse spooks'.. or any other excuse why riders are not performing or not practicing enough 🙄
It's easy to blame the horse, the trainer, bad luck or the unfortunate circumstances 🤔
A WINNERS mindset works differently:
'I can do it! Even if I am scared'
'How can I create a stronger bond with my horse?'
'I will make the time to practice more & harder then everyone else'
'What else can I do to get stronger?'
'What more can I learn from my coach & other successful riders?'
We had a fantastic season with our riders at taking home:
