Can’t do a full form push-ups??

It is a common problem for all the beginners to do a full form push-ups.

So here is a solution follow the steps:
Place your knee on the floor and both hands on push-up position.
• Now keep your upper body weight on your hand and try to do push-ups with knee support
• keep your back straight to the floor

Try this for a week and you can easily do a full form push-ups in a week
