4 supplements I take almost every day. 💊
Not because I think everyone needs them. And definitely not because supplements can replace a good diet, training, sleep and consistency.
These are simply the ones that fit my routine and my goals:
🥄 Creatine monohydrate
🐟 Fish oil
🥛 Whey protein
🌙 Magnesium glycinate
And then there’s Vitamin D3 + B12, which I don’t take blindly. I use my blood work to decide whether I need them and for how long.
A few things I wish more people knew:
Creatine isn’t a steroid.
Whey isn’t mandatory if you already hit your protein target.
Fish oil should be judged by its EPA + DHA content, not just “1000 mg fish oil.”
More magnesium doesn’t mean more benefits.
Supplements are the supporting cast, not the main character.
Your foundation is still:
🥗 Food
🏋️ Training
😴 Sleep
🚶 Movement
💧 Hydration
📈 Consistency
And what works for me may not be what you need.
