बाबू तूफानी सिंह महाविद्यालय बाबू तूफानी सिंह मेमोरियल ट्रस्ट द्वारा संचालित है, जिसका उद्देश्य शहरी और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रो में रह रहे लोगो तक उत्तम शिक्षा को पहुचना है।
