t’s natural to want people to understand you.
Your choices, your decisions, your path.

But not everyone will see what you see.
Not everyone will feel what you feel.

And that doesn’t mean you’re wrong.

Some journeys are personal.
They don’t need validation.
They don’t need explanation.

You just have to trust why you started
and keep going, even if it’s alone.

Day 72/365

I’m slowly learning that not everyone deserves access to my time and energy.
Some people only show up when they need something,
and disappear when you need space or support.

Earlier, it was easy to ignore this and keep giving.
But that comes at a cost.

Your peace gets disturbed.
Your energy gets drained.

Protecting your space doesn’t make you selfish.
It makes you aware.

You can care about people,
and still choose yourself.

Day 71/365

Sometimes life throws challenges at you when you least expect them.
Not to break you, but to see how you respond.

You can run from them, complain about them… or face them head on.

Because every challenge carries a lesson, and every lesson makes you stronger.

The real shift happens when you stop asking “Why is this happening to me?”
and start asking “What is this trying to teach me?”
Accept it. Face it. Grow through it.

Because on the other side of every challenge… there’s a stronger version of you.
