Santa Cruz Club Of Cavelossim Was ESTB in 1942 as a Social,Cultural & Sports Club.Today with the help of youth members,along with the expert advice from veteran members & the financial support from our sponsers & wellwishers,The Club's Football team for the 1st time Has qualified for Goa Football Association's 1ST Division Goa Football League. Santa Cruz Club Of Cavelossim is organising Annually

All Goa Star Competition on New years Day with huge sucess.On The Same Day We Also Have the Annual All Cavelossim Fancy Dress Competition,On 25th December(Christmas Day)We have the Annual Athletic Sports Competition For The youth Of Cavelossim

These are few of the activities the club is organising,not to mention the week long christmas weeks programmes.And to organise all these activities the Club has received Generous Financial Support from all the buissness establishment,Restuarants,Hotels & the citizens Of the village.

Its today 24th September 2022 at 5:30pm , Village Panchayat Of Cavelossim in association with Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim as part of "SWACHHTA HI SEWA" program will organise an awareness rally, which will be flagged off at 5:30 pm by Cavelossim Parish Priest Fr Ubaldo Fernandes at Cavelossim Church Square and the rally will continue upto Cavelossim - Assolna Bridge.
Requesting all Cavelossim Villagers and all our club Members to join in and support this cause.

IT'S ROYAL BATTLE TODAY

RESURGENT ITS TAKE ON SUPER BANDOI BOYS IN SEASON'S 5TH SOCCER FINALS ,,,... IN CAVELOSSIM

Bandoi Boys are on a high after winning a hatric of Trophies ( Tamborim, Mobor, and Club' s Dias Trophy) are all set to annexe their record 4th Trophy today at Fr. DRUSTON and Wellington ground Cavelossim, but a resurgent ITS are set to give a tough fight as the team is reinforced with the addition of Shaeesh Lotlikar in the attack who scored a goal against Rodrigues.
In the attack Mevan with attacking defender Alan Fernandes who scored a hatric against Rodrigues will pose a constant threat to Bandoi Boys' defence ably marshalled by veteran Charles and young Aston Vaz.
Both teams have very good keepers in Sunny Vaz and VAUGHAN for ITS
Mapher , Asher will be the key players who can swing the match in their team's favour
but ITS defence is well equipped with skipper and veteran defender Glenn Gracias and Dylan Lobo holding the fort and spraying accurate passes to his forwards for attack.
All in all it looks to be a great fight and a great treat for the spectators .
There will be housie jeldi five for spectators entertainment and finals under floodlights at 7.pm
So be there !

I would like to thank all the members of Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim for bestowing their faith in me and electing me as the President of our club.
I assure all the members of our club and our villagers that we will all work together as one team for the betterment of our village in the field of social, cultural and sports.
A big thank you to all the Cavelossim villagers based in UK for their support for our club. Although your'll are based in UK, your love for our club and our village is very evident. And we know that we will always get indefinite support from you all.
A big thank you to the Sarpanch of Cavelossim for the assurance given to assist us in organising in the Village Panchayat Cup.
I assure you all that i will work diligently and fairly as the President of our club.

CAVELOSSIM VILLAGERS UK CUP

HOST CAVELOSSIM PROGRESS.
Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim scored a hard fought victory against Goa Velha S C via the tie-breaker 5-3 to move into the quaters of the Cavelossim Villagers UK Cup Inter village football tournament organised by Santa Cruz Club of Cavelossim and played at Fr.Druston and Wellington ground Cavelossim.

Both the teams were well balanced and with attackers dominating the match,the play was mostly confined to midfield.
Cavelossim's Maven Gracias missed an early chance,when he failed to capitalise to connect through pass by Darren Estibeiro.

For Goa Velha Ryan Kispotta combined well with Vikrant but had no power in his boots to trouble the Cavelossim keeper Aaren Fernandes.
In the 30th minute a 20 yard powerful shot from defender Aston Vaz was fi**ed out by Goa Velha keeper Agnelo Correia for an abortive conner.The teams crossed over without scoring, but in the 56th minute Darren Estibeiro chipped the ball over the defenders for Joyson Estibeiro to beat the off side trap and score to put Cavelossim ahead to the thunderous applause of the local supporters.
But hardly had the cheers died down, when Goa Velha's Bhavesh Gauns dribbled past Aston and Ashely of Cavelossim to side foot the ball to Supurva Kundaikar who made no mistake with the ball to draw level for Goa Velha 1-1.
In the tie breaker Ashely,Allan, Darren, Joyson, and Flenco made no mistake for Cavelossim, while Supurva, Lokeendra , and Vikranth converted for Goa Velha while Cavelossim keeper Aaren saved Ansel Rego's kick to take his team in the quarter finals.
Earlier at the start of the match a minute silence was observed as a mark respect to the departed soul of late Dr. Jose Fernando Menezes father of the Mr. Welwin Menezes, President of Goa Velha S.C.and also GFA Executive member and CEO of Sporting clube de Goa.

Head Coach of SCC Cavelossim for last 5 years in the Goa Professional League, Head Coach of 1st Division League last year where in SCC Cavelossim were Runners up, current Head Coach of Calangute Association, our Sports Secretary for being appointed as Asst.
