In this workshop, we focus on practical functional fitness techniques and how to apply them safely for different age groups, genders, and fitness levels — including special populations and individuals with physical limitations.

This workshop is not just about learning exercises, but about understanding real coaching, movement quality, safety, and client-specific training approaches

• Real coaching methods with clients
• Functional movement assessment and corrections
• Mobility and stability training techniques
• TRX suspension training
• Kettlebell training fundamentals
• BOSU & Swiss ball balance training
• Landmine & battle rope functional strength training
• Functional cardio conditioning (Rower, SkiErg, Curve treadmill, Air bike)
• Coaching approach for beginners, seniors, and special populations

This workshop is ideal for newly certified trainers, aspiring coaches, and fitness enthusiasts who want to develop real-world coaching skills - not just theory.

With 20+ years of experience in the fitness industry across India and the GCC, my goal is to help trainers understand movement, safety, and effective coaching.
