6th TSKF FIESTA – 2026

Subject: Registration Guidelines, Fee Structure & Deadlines for District, State, National Representatives and Affiliated Clubs

Dear Respected Senseis, Office Secretaries, and Affiliated Club Representatives,

Greetings from Tora Shotokan Karate Federation (TSKF).

This is to officially inform all District, State, and National representatives, as well as affiliated clubs, that participation in the 6th TSKF FIESTA – 2026 must strictly follow the registration procedures and guidelines issued by the Federation Administration.

1. Official Registration

All participants must complete the official online registration form to confirm their participation in the respective camps.

2. Submission of Applications

All registrations and participant details must be properly coordinated and forwarded through the respective Office Secretary.

3. Official Registration Fee Structure

* Black Belt Training Camp: ₹3,500/-
* Inter-District Kyu Grade Training Camp: ₹1,000/-

4. Mandatory Registration Deadlines

🛑 Black Belt Participants: Registration must be completed on or before 31 October 2026.

🛑 Kyu Grade Participants: Registration must be completed on or before 15 November 2026.

Please note that all concerned are requested to complete registration within the stipulated deadlines to ensure proper planning and arrangements. Late registrations may not be accepted.

5. Payment Procedure

* All payments must be transferred exclusively to the respective Office Secretary’s designated account.
* Participants and affiliated clubs must obtain and retain payment confirmation or a receipt.
* Office Secretaries are responsible for verifying the payments and confirming the submitted registrations.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

All District, State, and National representatives, Office Secretaries, and affiliated clubs are requested to follow these instructions strictly and cooperate with the Federation Administration to ensure the successful conduct of the 6th TSKF FIESTA – 2026.
