Classes:

Muay Thai classes are very similar to the training sessions in Muay Thai camps in Thailand. We start with a 2,5 to 5 km run or 15 minutes of skipping. Next is a circuit/strength training, followed by stretching, shadow boxing, bag work, pad work, and drills. Sparring is done twice a week but is optional. At the end of the class we finish with a 10-15 min. abs training and a cool down. The cardio classes consist of an intense warm up / cardio workout with jump jacks, lunges, planking, squats and many more boot camp related exercises followed by bag work stretching and a cool down. The only kicks and punches are performed on boxing bags and not on other students, which makes it ideal for those who like to train without hitting someone or being hit by somebody else.
