It has been almost 15days that I have availed the lunch and dinner tiffin service from this lovely couple from that I came across on Instagram. They are the most value for money tiffin services out there with veg, egg and chicken menu's. With delivery two times a day at your doorstep.
The food is delicious and the lunch and dinner food items are different and never the same. These meals are just like they were cooked at home and enough for a whole meal. The boiled eggs you see in the pics are my own personal addition to boost my protein intake, but the rest is all served by the service. I am a happy customer. Thank-you for making my life a little easier. 🙏😊

Bruno; It's been 3yrs to the date that you were abruptly snatched away from us with a unfortunate encounter with a venomous snake.
Full of energy and always alert with a gruff bark that would shake and sometimes drop the squirrels from the rafters. I had no worries about intruders as long as you were by me. You were a guard dog, stress pillow, pest control specialist and a good friend that would try to keep me on the straight and narrow. Never in our first year together did I think how big a part of my life you own.
You are still missed, though the overwhelming feeling of sadness and pain of loss has gradually been easier to bare. I've tried replacing your staunch energy and companionship with another furry companion, which has now lead me to have 4 mutts to keep me buzy enough so I don't keep ruminating over your passing. I drowned myself with spirits and the likes to manage the guilt of ..."what if I was there.."
Alas it's the sober remembrance and honor to your memory as a true companion, friend and snuggle buddy that gives closure to it all.
Wherever you are my monkey boy, I hope you are loved, cared for, wanted, happy and healthy and most of all, let to run free for the free spirit you always were. ✨️ 💓

45days into training and with drive to get stronger, Tatiana has been gaining confidence with heavier weights to be lifted and her discipline has kept her on track towards her goals.
Making the time each week out of her buzy schedule has been something that has been key to growth and development.

No fancy movements, just the basics done well will reap better long term strength development and transference into life.

Nothing fancy just plain old solidly built bang for the buck training bench. Has wide enough back and stiff enough cushioning to do a variety of exercises I have planned. Quick delivery too🙂💗

Good to have Josh back into training with us.
He has much improved confidence and ability in squats and lunges, as his right ankle dorsiflexion keeps improving(suffered a shattered ankle due to an accident years ago), therefore allowing for better mobility in uni and bilateral movements of the lower body.

So I have been training this high energy, ready for almost any challenge, power couple for the better part of 2021.

Here are a few long overdue snippets of their training, just over 3months into our workouts.
As observable, the energy⚡ is high and the soul is willing to step up to the challenge.
Though their training goals are varied, Phil and Nat's enthusiasm to get fitter& stronger than they were keeps me on my toes in programing tailored-made training sessions for them and soon enough watch then own the 🏋workouts.

Just because you haven’t seen the numbers on the scale move, doesn’t mean you are not seeing results! This is why it’s so important to take progress pictures and measurements as well. Just because you didn’t loose weight on the scale this week doesn’t mean you are not seeing positive changes in your body! Don’t get disappointed, trust the process. Be consistent. IT WILL HAPPEN.
