I am Bharata Natyam Masters & A Parangata from Nalanda
Have had a Bollywood Freestyle Dance training & Wedding Choreography career for 30 years !!!
The biggest fear was the old programming , environment and mid wives sayings all the time - bachon ke baad sab aisa hi hota hai , that was their normal- no one ever said u could be just as fit - every one around you just scared & complained - i am the only one i guess with full confidence ke saath saying nope thats not true apart from my master trainer Vinata Shetty which also ddnt feel so real then cz the lifestyle & the family culture ddnt permit so !!!! But well all thats passé & i am proud to report i reinvented & redefined it all not just for me but many of clients too and so proud of so many more i see on internet who inspire on the internet believe you me they are minority in my offline world !!!
