Tips #3: Muscle-Building Basics
First, increase your caloric and complete protein intake. Then, when you enter the gym, focus on your form. Perform compound movements and train with weights. Never underestimate the importance of rest. Remember, muscle tissue grows outside of the gym when you’re giving your body time to relax and recover following your workouts.

Barbel Bench Press:
Use the weight machines or barbells safely else that can leave you with smashed toes, ripped hamstrings, and torn tendons.
Do not put weight exceeding your capacity. Try to repeat more with less weight. Initially you can ask your gym trainer for a support. For beginners, I suggest to perform 3 sets with 10 reps each. Slowly increase the reps per set. As you get trained with the equipments, try Inclined and Declined Bench press.
