An outstanding showing by JKA Team Bokaro at the 2nd All India JKA Karate-do Championship, held at KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, from June 5-7, 2026.
This championship was organised by JKAWF INDIA, hosted by JKAWF INDIA Odisha and approved by Japan Karate Association (JKA), Tokyo, Japan.

On the inaugural day, subsequent to a training seminar led by Shihan Satoshi Takahashi, five members from JKA Bokaro successfully cleared their SHODAN examination, thereby attaining the esteemed JKA Black Belt. Over the subsequent two days, a contingent of 41 individuals representing JKA Bokaro garnered a remarkable 13 Gold, 12 Silver, and 13 Bronze medals. The groundwork for the forthcoming world championship is now set to commence.
