🎯 Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Executive, you’ll play an important role in converting enquiries into enrollments by:

* 📞 Calling warm leads who have shown interest in our chess programs.
* 📅 Scheduling demo classes with prospective students and parents.
* 👨‍👩‍👧 Coordinating with parents to answer queries and guide them through the admission process.
* 📝 Following up with leads after demo classes to maximize conversions.
* 💻 Maintaining and updating lead details, follow-up status, and communication records in our CRM.
* 🤝 Coordinating with the coaching team to ensure smooth scheduling of demo classes.
* 🎯 Achieving daily and monthly enrollment targets.
* 📊 Preparing basic daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English (Hindi/Bengali is an added advantage).
* Confident while speaking over phone and video calls.
* Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools (training will be provided if required).
* Organized, disciplined, and target-oriented.
* Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, customer support, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.

We’re looking for dedicated Remote Chess Coaches with a FIDE Rating between 1500–1800 who are enthusiastic about coaching students online.

📌 Eligibility

✅ FIDE Rating: 1500–1800
✅ Strong understanding of chess fundamentals and strategy
✅ Good communication skills in English (Hindi/Bengali is a plus)
✅ Patient, punctual, and passionate about teaching
✅ Prior coaching experience is preferred but not mandatory

🎯 Responsibilities

* Conduct engaging online chess classes.
* Prepare students for tournaments and rating improvement.
* Assign homework and monitor student progress.
* Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
* Maintain professionalism and class discipline.
