Himachal Girls Win SILVER MEDAL 💪in Handball
Himachal’s SANA Rajput Named BEST PLAYER of the Tournament✌️🤾♀️

The Himachal Pradesh U-14 Girls Handball team created history by winning the silver medal at the 69th National School Games, which concluded today in Chittorgarh, Rajasthan.
In a thrilling final, Himachal Pradesh faced host Rajasthan in a closely contested match and narrowly lost 18–19, finishing as runners-up and proudly securing the silver medal.
Himachal’s journey to the final was impressive. In the semi-final, they defeated Haryana 25–17. Earlier, they dominated Punjab 24–4 in the quarter-final and beat Bihar 26–8 in the pre-quarterfinal. In the league matches, Himachal outplayed Telangana 25–8, defeated IPSC 32–1, and also registered a victory against Kerala.
For her outstanding performance throughout the tournament, Himachal player Sana Rajput was awarded the Best Player of the Tournament and was honored with a trophy and mementos. Coach Snehlata was also felicitated for her excellent guidance and contribution to the team’s success.
The closing ceremony was graced by MLA Suresh Dhakad (Begun constituency) and MLA Chandrabhan (Chittorgarh) as Chief Guest and Special Guest, who honored the Himachal team with the silver medal and trophy.
Team Manager Kamna Sharma, Chief de Mission Dharmendra Chaudhary, and Co-Managers Rakesh, Om Prakash, and Ramesh expressed their happiness over the team’s remarkable achievement.
Director Ashish Kohli, Assistant Sports Director Santosh Chauhan, and Elementary Assistant Director Ajay Pata congratulated the players, coach, officials, and the entire Himachal team for their excellent performance.
