This is my favourite snack❤️😍
Bread omlet🙌
Recipe-
Mix 2 whole eggs + 2 egg whites
Add lil bit of salt , black pepper and milk in it ❤️
Heat the pan
Heat 1 tea spoon olive oil / ghee
Pour the eggs let it cook on high flame for 2 mins
Place 2 brown breads
Flip it and cook it for 2 more mins
And u are good to go.
Serve it hot with a lil bit of mixed herbs❤️
U may take veeba dressings as dip
( 80 percent fat free)

Hello everyone so here we are with a nutritious and a quick snack ❤️. For all those people who ask what to eat when they're feeling a bit hungry or have an urge to eat a snack before Workout . Try this 🙌😍😍
1 walnut + 4-5 cashews + 6 almonds
+ A small amt of raisins + 100 ml of milk.
You can also take it before bed if u feel Hungry🙌
Note: eat it once a day only❤️( can have milk twice or thrice as per ur coach's guidance)
