Wide-grip pull-ups - 4 sets - 8-15 reps
Lat pull downs - 4 sets - 8-15 reps
Barbell rows - 4 sets - 6-15 reps
T-bar rows - 4 sets - 6-15 reps
Seated cable rows - 4 sets - 8-15 reps

Kai Greene - Don't over think it. We tend to think, ‘It can’t be that simple. It’s got to be something more complex.’ If you want to put on muscle, be very clear about that goal.
