Tournament Prize Distribution Ceremony.

The ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors J30 Bhubaneswar 2026, held at the Kalinga Stadium Tennis Centre, concluded successfully, showcasing a week of high-quality international junior tennis.

The tournament was organized by the Odisha Tennis Association, supported by the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited. Conducted under the aegis of the International Tennis Federation & All India Tennis Association, the event forms part of the official global circuit for under-18 players.

The tournament attracted a total of 156 players from India and abroad, with participation from countries including Australia, USA, China, and Nepal, reflecting its growing international stature. The competition began with qualifying rounds on 25th April 2026, followed by the main draw from 27th April 2026, culminating in exciting finals.

Players competed for valuable ITF World Junior Ranking points. In Singles, the winner earned 30 points, the runner-up 18 points, semi-finalists 9 points, quarter-finalists 5 points, and Round of 16 players 2 points. In Doubles, the winners received 25 points, runners-up 13 points, semi-finalists 6 points, and quarter-finalists 3 points.

The tournament also witnessed commendable participation from Odisha players in the main draw, highlighting the steady rise of tennis talent in the state.

The Prize Distribution Ceremony was graced by Chief Guest Shri Asit Tripathy, IAS (Retd.), President of the Odisha Tennis Association and Vice President of the All India Tennis Association. He was joined by Shri Satyajit Mohanty, IPS (Retd.), Vice President (Chair), Odisha Tennis Association; Shri Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, Honorary Secretary, Odisha Tennis Association; Shri Satyajit Mohanty (Rubuna), Treasurer, Odisha Tennis Association; Shri Sambit Patnaik, Joint Secretary, Odisha Tennis Association; ITF Supervisor Shri Prabin Kumar Nayak; and members of the Odisha Tennis Association.

J30 BHUBANESWAR 2026 ITF WORLD TENNIS TOUR JUNIORS

The J30 Bhubaneswar ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors 2026 is being held from 25th April to 2nd May 2026 at the Kalinga Stadium. The tournament is organized by the Odisha Tennis Association in association with Department of Sports & Youth Services, Govt of Odisha & Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) and has attracted over 150 players, featuring talented junior players from across India along with international participation from Australia, USA, China, and Nepal.

The Opening Ceremony of the tournament was graced by a distinguished gathering of dignitaries, led by Chief Guest Shri Vinayatosh Mishra,IPS DGP, Crime Branch. He was joined by Shri Asit Tripathy, IAS (Retd.), President, Odisha Tennis Association; Shri Sanjeeb Panda, IPS, Honorary Secretary, OTA; Shri Sambit Patnaik, Joint Secretary, OTA and Tournament Director; and ITF Supervisor Shri Prabin Kumar Nayak, along with members of the Odisha Tennis Association. Their esteemed presence highlighted the importance of the occasion and reflected the strong administrative and organizational backing for the tournament.

The successful organised of this prestigious international tournament is made possible with the strong support of the Department of Sports & Youth Services, Government of Odisha and Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL). Their continued commitment towards the development of sports and youth empowerment in the region has played a vital role in bringing an event of this global stature to Bhubaneswar. Their support not only enhances sporting infrastructure but also provides young athletes with invaluable opportunities to compete on an international platform.

About ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors
The ITF World Tennis Tour Juniors is the official global circuit governed by the International Tennis Federation for players aged 18 and under. It serves as a vital pathway for young athletes transitioning from junior to professional tennis, offering structured competition and the opportunity to earn world ranking points. Events such as the J30 category play a crucial role in nurturing emerging talent, many of whom go on to compete at the highest levels of the sport, including the ATP and WTA Tours.

The Bhubaneswar leg of the tournament has attracted a strong field of 164 junior players, including 74 girls and 90 boys, representing India and several international nations such as Australia, USA, China, and Nepal. This diverse participation reflects the growing global appeal of the event and underlines its significance on the junior tennis calendar.

23 November 2025 concludes today at Kalinga Stadium Tennis Centre.

S D Prajwal Dev of India lifted the Men’s Singles title at the ITF World Tennis Tour M15 Bhubaneswar 2025, overcoming fellow Indian Digvijay Pratap Singh 7–6(4), 7–6(1) in a thrilling final that lasted 2 hours and 8 minutes.

The high-intensity match saw both players hold serve throughout, pushing the contest into two closely fought tie-breaks. Digvijay Pratap Singh struck 8 aces, but Prajwal Dev’s consistency on key points proved decisive, as he secured 83 total points compared to Digvijay’s 71.

With this victory, S D Prajwal Dev earned USD 2,160 in prize money and 15 ATP Singles Ranking Points.
Runner-up Digvijay Pratap Singh received USD 1,272 along with 8 ATP Singles Ranking Points.

The Valediction & Prize Distribution Ceremony was held in the presence of esteemed dignitaries.
