Nalco Open Returns After 3 Years & Grand Opening of the 22nd All Odisha Nalco Open Tennis Tournament 2023

In a dazzling ceremony at the Kalinga Stadium Tennis Centre, Bhubaneswar, the 22nd All Odisha Nalco Open Tennis Tournament 2023 commenced today, promising three days of intense competition, camaraderie, and sportsmanship. Organized by the Bhubaneswar District Tennis Association, this event is set to be a celebration of tennis excellence.

The grand opening was graced by the presence of Chief Guest Shri Tusharkanti Behera, Hon'ble Minister - Sports & Youth Services Department, Govt of Odisha and Special Guest Shri Vineel Krishna, IAS, Commissioner-Cum-Secretary, Govt. of Odisha whose unwavering support for sports has been instrumental in fostering athleticism in the region. Guest of Honour Shri Balwant Singh, IAS, Managing Director OMC Ltd, and Shri Ramesh Chandra Joshi, Director (Finance) NALCO, added grace to the occasion. The event was also honored by the presence of Shri Suresh Chandra Mohapatra, Retd. IAS, Advisor to Chief Minister of Odisha & President BDTA and Shri Saswat Mishra, IAS- Secretary of BDTA.

Here we come again! The Biggest Tennis Festival
"17th NALCO OPEN 2015"

Everytime we are trying to improve the level of tournament by encouraging large no of entries and conducting in a very smooth manner. This is not only a tournament but also a festival whereas the large no. entries and audience specially parents and accompanies get-together and enjoy the best of tennis in the capital of Odisha, "Bhubaneswar".

We again hope to see the best tennis this year too not only by best effort but also the youngsters and beginners to participate to learn and have a good family relationship of Tennis and Ethics.
