Flying out of Bhubaneswar to Pune today on Air India Express flight IX2717 and my evening got so much better because of Mr Priyabrata Das at the check-in counter.

From the moment I reached the counter, his warm smile and calm guidance made everything smooth. He was patient, explained every detail, and made sure I was comfortable before boarding. That kind of genuine care and professionalism is rare and it truly sets the tone for the whole journey.
