I'm happy to announce that we begin our Creative Movement & Musical Storytelling classes at House Community Hub, Benaulim, Goa from the 18th of November.

There are limited seats so please call and reserve a spot for your child asap.
Priority will be given on first come first serve basis 🙏🏼

Class Timings:
TUESDAYS 4 to 5 P.M.

There is a 10% discount for Taproot House members as well.

Happy to receive an award from our respected Director of IIT Goa, Professor B.K. Mishra, for 'Excellence in Teaching' for my 'Life Art Expressions' course.

I thank him for giving me the opportunity to teach in IIT Goa.

It is indeed a radical choice to invite a dance artist to create a course for the students of IIT on creativity, critical thinking, self inquiry and personal development.

Thank you to all my students for receiving my course so wonderfully!

To reconnect with your Dance, is to reconnect with your soul!

I ask myself, what are the spaces in my life where my soul gets to live, where my soul finds expression, where my soul gets to be seen and felt.

My soul is the sacred in me, my soul is also shy and it comes alive in intimate experiences.

Where are these spaces for intimate experiences with the self and the other?

For me, I often find my connection to my soul in my child like explorations, observations and play.

Where do you find it?

Hello Everyone!

I'm Gautam and I am a Dance Artist and an Educator and one of my aims is to help children explore their innate intelligence that lives in their bodies and I do this by nurturing children in a free and safe space for them explore and exercise their authentic creative expression.

In a world where children are constantly stimulated and informed how to BEHAVE rather than BE through content that adults make on TV and Internet, I believe it is essential to encourage critical thinking for our children so that children remain intact with their natural, instinctive and intuitive intelligence.

I deeply believe that Freedom in the Body is Freedom of Mind and since these formative years of our children shape the adult our children will soon become, it is important that our children grow in an environment that validates and encourages their own unique wisdom through play, dance, art and music.
More importantly, it is through their creativity that they can stay connected to their soul, to other souls and Earth Soul.

Our Ballet Creative Movement Classes is now coming to Panjim,Goa!

Starting 1st of July,
Don Bosco Oratory, Don Bosco School Panjim,
Wednesdays and Fridays
4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Students will learn:
- Ballet,
- Contemporary Dance,
- and Creative Movement, exploring Intuitive Movement connecting
to their deep inner worlds and imagination,
- Learning exercises to Love and Appreciate their beautiful bodies,
- They will enjoy Spontaneous Play and connecting with friends,
- Students will cultivate Emotional and Social Intelligence as they
will be encouraged to express and articulate their thoughts,
feelings, emotions and observations and deep listening skills,
- Dance making and telling stories through their dances,
- Students will build Strength, Flexibility and increase Mobility in
their bodies,
- They will also learn Music and Rhythm Appreciation.

Dear Goa Friends and Family,

My heart is full and my body is all excited and ready to restart our Ballet Creative Movement Classes.

There is so much joy I have received in these past 5 years dancing, playing, singing, sliding, twirling and creating stories with children. I'm so grateful for all the students who I have gotten to dance with and for their lovinh parents as well.
