Precision Rehab for 14yr old Tennis Player 📈

​Tennis is a game of repetitive rotation. When a 14-year-old athlete presents with Right QL and Shoulder pain, we don't just look at where it hurts—we look at why it’s happening.

​Our assessment revealed a classic "kinetic chain" breakdown:
1️⃣ Inhibited Foundation: Ankle instability and flat feet leading to poor ground force.
2️⃣ Hip Instability: Underdeveloped glutes and weak adductors failing to stabilize the trunk.
3️⃣ Compensatory Load: The lower back (QL) and anterior shoulder are forced to generate the rotational power that should come from the hips.
​
We are moving away from heavy lifting and toward neuromuscular activation. Using TheraBands and tubes, we are retraining the body
​Mobility + Stability = Longevity.
