REOPENING OF GYMS/FITNESS CENTRES
All our friends,relatives,well wishers, Gym enthusiasts, Athletes as the third phase of the unlock plan comes into effect from August 3, the government of India is considering a few more relaxations for Unlock 3.0, including the reopening of yoga institutions and gyms. Yes it's really very important and happy news declared by our Central Government and State Government so we once again thank our Government committee for taking care about the Gym owners. We also thank all our Respected PRESS reporters/ gym premises owners/city Corporation/ Banker's all Respected gym members for their friendly support and cooperation with us.
As per the governments discussion we are going to open our fitness center from 5/8/2020 with our regular timings by providing our clients a clean, fresh and sanitized services. We request everyone to follow the below mentioned rules which is better for all of us.
Our vision is to keep our nation fit, healthy and safe.

Today we celebrated Tree plantation programme in YALLUR GAD.

As during this lock down situation everyone was at their home and where not able to enjoy this monsoon weather. So as the lock down has slowly ended we have planned today to enjoy this monsoon Mesmerizing weather with all our gym members.
Trees provide a multitude of benefits, both long and short term. As well as being attractive aesthetically, they remove and store carbon from the atmosphere, slow heavy rain and so reduce the risk of flooding, enhance air quality and improve the urban heat island effect by reflecting sunlight and providing shade.
Tree-planting is the process of transplanting tree seedlings, generally for forestry, land reclamation, or landscaping purpose. It differs from the transplantation of larger trees in arboriculture, and from the lower cost but slower and less reliable distribution of tree seeds. Trees contribute to their environment over long periods of time by providing oxygen, improving air quality, climate amelioration, conserving water, preserving soil, and supporting wildlife. During the process of photosynthesis, trees take in carbon dioxide and produce the oxygen we breathe. Today we are Happy that we arranged trees plantation programme with our Respected gym member's and our well wishers in yallur gad (fort ), Its very beautiful place for tree plantation we select each and everyone for their Contribution and their valuable time with us.
