Losing fat could become challenging if one doesn’t have basics laid out clearly.

There are a few things to have a clarity on and which shall make things easier for us.

It’s a process which takes time, fat loss doesn’t happen overnight just like it doesn’t get on your body in a day or two. So, one of the most important aspects to remember is to keep working out without checking the weighing scale.

Eating right is more important than the hours you spend in the gym. Weight loss happens when you are burning more calories than you are consuming. And ensuring that you are on high protein diet as compared to eating less amounts of carbs. And it’s a BIG NO to high sugary and junk foods.

One of the most important parts of reaching your fat loss goals is giving your body the rest it needs. Getting sleep on time is valuable for your body do it’s mechanism in the 7-9 hours of sleep cycle.

Give your body the time and good nutrition to get the best results you expect and eventually you’d start seeing major results.

It’s about having a workout consistently and feeding the body with proper nutritions. Which eventually will help you in reaching your potential goal of fitness.

Fitness is a lot more than just building up muscle or loosing weight aka fat.

There are more benefits than we are even aware of. It enhances our minds and bodies. We explore ourselves by putting in the efforts and making it through each day.

It definitely makes us look better as we tend to have a better posture, better muscle mass and energy.

Working out in a correct form, knowing your fitness goal and eating a balanced diet could also lead to a healthier life which helps in longevity. Some exercises have proven to be ensuring in increase of life expectancy.

There had been studies to prove that it also helps in reducing depression. It makes you feel fresh and there’s an activeness in the body. You are more present in the moment.

There had been various speculations and myths around gaining fat throughout time.

It’s not about what you eat rather it’s about HOW MUCH YOU EAT.

Anything in excess could harm your body be it water. Excessive amount of water in your body may end up resulting in various physical issues.

Balancing a healthy diet is the key to stay fit. To gain muscle or to loose fat.

Going on fasting for days straight isn’t healthy for fat loss, again it would bring up issues like insomnia, lack of energy and fatigue.

We do not gain weight because we ate a burger or noodles from that fancy food van we like, instead we add fat to our bodies by going there everyday and eating like pigs.

Maintaining a balanced diet is the key. Controlling your mind to kill your cravings is the key.
