At NPBA, we believe sport and physical activity should work for every neurodivergent young person, and the more voices we hear, the further we can spread what we learn.

🥊 Volunteer with us – Fundraising Coordinator

We're looking for a Fundraising Coordinator to help us raise vital funds for some of our most valued programmes, including free sessions for children on Free School Meals and the food we provide at our youth clubs. Can you help?

Time Commitment: Just a few hours a month, on a schedule that works for you.

What You'll Do: Work closely with NPBA staff to suggest, plan and deliver fundraising activities that support our community programmes.

What We Ask: A minimum commitment of 6 months.

"Speed pads was brilliant! It eases you in gently, but before long you're throwing multiple combos and feeling like a proper boxer. The atmosphere is super friendly and there's no pressure at all to work at anything other than your own pace. A great workout for fitness and boxing skills alike.. and a lot of laughs along the way. All classes return to their normal schedule this week after the Easter break.

Youth and kids classes restart this week for the summer term. If you usually pay for the term, booking links will be coming your way in the next few days - in the meantime, just come along as normal.

Youth Club is also back this week - girls on Wednesday, boys on Thursday, both 3:15-5pm. No booking or payment needed, just turn up!

On Wednesday 22nd April, 7:30am, we're launching Core Strength - a new weekly early morning class with Rachel Cliff.

Rachel is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and accomplished European duathlete who knows better than most how much a strong core underpins everything. These sessions are designed to build strong foundations that support every aspect of life - whether you're chasing fitness goals or just want everyday movements to feel easier.

Suitable for all levels, and focused on strength, stability, and posture.

Wake up, work out, feel amazing all day. 💪

We’re closed tomorrow for Easter Monday, so no classes on Monday 6th April.

From Tuesday, all adult and open classes are back as usual for the rest of the week.

This is also the final week of Ryan’s Develop Your Boxing Style 4 week course!

No kids’ classes this week. Kids’ classes are back from Monday 13th April. Booking links for the term will be sent out by the end of this week 🐣
