Shuttle Busters Badminton Coaching Welcome to the official page of the Phoenix Cricket Championship!!! Roshan Lal (Thomas Cup & Former Indian Coach).

We brothers started this coaching academy with an idea of sharing our passion and experience of Badminton with other. Badminton "The fastest sport on Earth" is also a best way to keep yourself physically and mentally fit. We started playing badminton at a very young age from the state of Uttarakhand (probably Uttar Pradesh back then) which has given many National and International Player for the c

ountry and the number is still counting. We have represented our state in various national tournaments and in 2014 we won Kendriya Vidyalaya National Sports Meet held at Chandigarh. Apart from this we have been in top spot at various tournaments organised in the state of Karnataka and Uttarakhand. We have also attended coaching camps help for state and national badminton team under international coaches like Mr. At present we have coaching experience of around 5 years across all age categories. Our main motto with this academy is to share our passion. Help people of all age to understand the sports of badminton. Under our coaching program we will not only cover the basics of badminton but will develop your skills and will make you a master of this sport. Last month, we had an incredible time at our monthly tennis ball cricket tournament! The competition was fierce and the cricket was top-notch. We want to extend a huge thank you to all of the teams who participated, as well as to the volunteers and staff who helped make the event a success.

Congratulations to the winning team, who fought hard and emerged victorious in the championship match. You all played with great sportsmanship and skill, and we couldn't be prouder of you.

We hope everyone who attended had a wonderful time and we look forward to seeing you again next year. Stay tuned for more updates and photos from the event!

Pheonix Cricket Championship Organising Committee would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the teams, players, and spectators who made our recent tennis ball cricket tournament a grand success.
The tournament featured some of the best teams, who showcased their cricketing prowess with great skill and passion. The matches were closely contested, with nail-biting finishes and moments of high drama.
We would like to congratulate the winning team and all the participants who gave their best efforts on the field. Your dedication and sportsmanship were truly inspiring, and we hope to see you all again at our upcoming tournament in May’23.
Thank you once again for making our cricket tournament a memorable and enjoyable experience for all. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

World Junior Badminton Championship Cancelled!!!

World Junior Badminton Championships was rescheduled to January 2021 due to coronavirus pandemic but has now been cancelled.

Badminton World Championships Highlights: PV Sindhu wins 21-14, 21-9 to enter next round:-
PV Sindhu defeated Indonesia’s Fitriani Fitriani to enter the next round of the Badminton World Championships. It was an easy task for the Indian as she completely dominated with her speed a and strength to register a win in straight games. Earlier, Kidambi Srikanth beat Spain’s Pablo Abian 15-21, 21-12, 14-21 and booked his place in the third round where he will face Malaysia’s Liew Daren. HS Prannoy crashed out of the tournament after losing to Brazil’s Ygor Coelho 21-8, 16-21, 15-21. The doubles team of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty and Ashwini Ponnappa and N Sikki Reddy also crashed out of the tournament after losing their respective matches.
