RnR Fit is an exclusive gymnastics academy in Bangalore, offering training for competitive and recreational gymnastics. With International qualified coaches, a structured training program and state of the art equipment such as: high beam, uneven bars, parallel bars, vaulting tables and horizontal bars the program is designed to help kids experience a lifetime of fitness. Did you know? Gymnastics, along with athletics and swimming, has been recognized by the International Olympic Committee as one of the three foundation sports from which all others stem. The reason being, gymnastics helps develop strength, flexibility, agility, balance, coordination... the list goes on and on. Our mission at RnR Fit is to promote gymnastics as a sport and give youngsters an opportunity to push their physical limits, building a rock solid foundation of agility, strength, flexibility, determination and confidence. We provide a state of the art facility with international standard equipment in a 5000 sq ft Gymnastics Academy with qualified gymnasts as trainers.

A heartfelt thank you to your guiding lights — Coach Megha, your mentor for over 7 years, and Coach Subhankar, a true motivator and believer. 🙌 Special gratitude to Sanjivani Ma’am for always standing by you, and to the Director Sawal Sir and faculty at Chrysalis High Varthur for their constant support.

Truly outstanding. Getting kids at the age of 10 & 11 to reach fitness levels like this is truly an achievement. Medals, champions has never been the goal. They certainly help in setting targets to achieve but the journey and hardwork kids put in is fascinating.

IF PARENTS ASKED US THE QUESTION “ WILL GYMNASTICS HELP MY CHILD GROW CONFIDENT AND RESILIENT” THAT CERTAINLY WILL BE BETTER THAN ASKING US “ HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THEM TO WIN MEDALS” THIS IS SUCH A FANTASTIC SPORT AND TRULY AM BLESSED WITH DEDICATED COACHES AND PARENTS WHO UNDERSTAND THE JOURNEY.
