This is a workshop put together on request by practitioners who would like to to explore inversions - learn techniques, overcome the fear associated with them and be able to experiment on their own. 

I'm taking this as an opportunity to share a conscious approach to inversions. They are a powerful set of practices with numerous benefits. It is important that we practitioners understand the subtler effects and therefore the safe, measured and mindful approach to them 🙏🏼

Building a rock solid foundation (not just physically) is key! We do this through Lengthening, Strengthening, Alignment, Balance and Co-ordination. Approach with awareness, the right intention, discipline and consistency, and inversions come to you at the right time.

We will not rush through this process/workshop - it is well paced out over 3 hours (with breaks) to accommodate explanations, questions/doubts that you may have, corrections and deep rest :)
