Most people see the games, the players, and the highlights. What they don’t see are the early mornings, the preparation, the training, and the work that happens before the first athlete steps onto the court.
From starting the day right, heading to the facility, getting my own workout in, sharpening my basketball skills, and even cleaning the courts—every little detail matters.
Building a sports community isn’t just about running a facility. It’s about creating a space where athletes can grow, compete, and fall in love with sport every single day.
